Yes, we are authorized dealers in Kuwait for the brands we offer. All our products are 100% original.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Setting up an account is not mandatory, but we recommend it for a smoother and more convenient shopping experience.
What are the ways to pay for my order?

How long will it take to get my order?
For orders placed before 3 pm in Kuwait, we offer same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3 pm will be delivered the next day.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay online, with cash upon delivery, or through a payment link.
What are the delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charge is 1 KD for areas nearest to us. For locations further away, delivery charges are based on the distance from our warehouse in the Kuwait Trade Zone.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day easy return policy. Please note that terms and conditions apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website to check your delivery status anytime.

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do i reset my Password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my Bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
