How long will it take to get my order?
We strive to deliver your products swiftly and efficiently. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 days for delivery within Kuwait. Our goal is to ensure you receive your beauty essentials as soon as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay online via KNET Payment
What are the delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charge is 0.500 Fils for areas nearest to us. For locations further away, delivery charges are based on the distance from our warehouse in the Kuwait Trade Zone.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 days easy return policy. Please note that terms and conditions apply.

Do you save my Bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
